The details of Talaq and its conditions and provision are exhaustively discussed by the Islamic Jurists and scholars of Shariah. They can be consulted for it and the enlightenment can be had from them. The present author avoids to go into the details of Talaq because it will digress the whole discussion to the problems unrelated to the present study.
