The state in the world of the ideological and technological two cultures in the 6th Century AD is given initially, surrounded by living civilizations, the Arabian Peninsula was in utter ignorance, jahiliyah. After the Revelation of the Qur’an (610-32AD), though a small minority in the Islamic world-state, the Muslims ushered in the world intellectual supremacy and world hegemony of the Islamic ‘two cultures’ in early 8th AD/2th AH policies examples are given. Islamic principles and public are presented which caused this metamorphosis, and sustained the supremacy of Islamic civilization for at least six centuries. Distortions of Islamic ideological culture are given which caused decadence of the Islamic ‘two cultures, and Muslim weakness.
The second half of the book gives Appendixes to Islamize the ‘two cultures for their world supremacy for universal common good. Five give recommendations of international conferences: the author had drafted them.
