101 SHINING STARS OF ISLAMIC HISTORY (PART-4)

Description

As a humble Muslim and a devout believer in the unity of God and the universality of His Message, I have tried to interpret the Qur-an in the English language. In a complete translation with the Text and a full Commentary, the work occupies 1,849 large pages. In order to help such readers as were unfamiliar with the subject, or wished to get a bird’s eye view without going into details of scholarship, history, or theology, a rhythmic running commentary was included in the scheme, which summarised the main teaching of the Book in short paragraphs of free verse. These have been much appreciated, and a desire was expressed that they should be published separately, in a small volume, which would render them accessible to the general reader.
