Description
Muslims in India, the second largest majority in the country, are not only economically backward but also educationally behind, culturally disadvantaged and socially deprived in comparison with other communities in the country. By and large Muslims cannot give school or modern education to their children due to poverty, backwardness, rigidity and above all due to inadequate knowledge and lack of awareness. Because of these reasons they prefer religious education and send their children to Madrasa.
